The standards a data centre is held to

A data centre is judged on availability, and everything in the build programme ladders up to it. These are the frameworks the fit-out is measured against.

Tier I to IV describe how much of the facility can fail, or be maintained, without taking the load down. Redundancy that exists in the model but not in the built run is the gap that matters.

Verify the services before they are covered.

Load your IFC model, anchor it to the floor with LiDAR, and walk the space with each trade on its own layer. Turn off everything but the run you are checking, and a clash becomes something you look at rather than argue about.
